I learned from the Lord to consider the other person more important.
I have also learned, although I can have a deep relationship with someone outside of the workplace, if we want to have a productive day, the different skills and different tasks, due to different offices /titles, are useful to get things done right.
Nobody is higher, no one is less. We have a different task and different "know how" in different areas. We can be friends and in the workplace we are colleges. We do what we have to do, and that's it. Why must something as easy as this, become such a struggle?

But the dentist is not the director of a marketing company and the secretary does other things than the manager. End of discussion and the end of "I treat the CEO with the same respect as the cleaning lady"messages. That must be a natural thing to do! The garbage collector gets the same respect as the Queen. Selah!
